She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Silvious Rinker Clements; her husband Kip Lee Painter; her daughter Tiffany Painter Newland; her husband James Jr. of Edinburg; her son Travis Downey Painter of Mt. Jackson; her granddaughters, Leighton LeeAnn Newland and Aubrey AnnaGale Newland; and her siblings, Roger Rinker, Bryan Rinker of New Market, Barbara Strickler and Kriss See of Timberville.
