He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie Lloyd Fulcher; his daughter Holly Marie Fansler (CB); his siblings, Shirley Owens, Janet Rinker, Judy Hall, Linda Rinker, Mary Ann McCauley and Roger Fulcher; his grandson Benton David Fansler; and his nephews, Wesley and Jonathan Foster.
