He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Fulcher and Jessie Rhoades Fulcher; and his brother Eddie Fulcher. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie Lloyd Fulcher; his daughter Holly Marie Fansler (CB); his siblings, Shirley Owens, Janet Rinker, Judy Hall, Linda Rinker, Mary Ann McCauley and Roger Fulcher; his grandson Benton David Fansler; and his nephews, Wesley and Jonathan Foster.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Service (14116 S Middle Rd, Edinburg, VA 22824). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Jackson Cemetery (6375 Main St, Mt Jackson, VA 22842).
