We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2018, at the age of 81, Arvie Lee Loyd (Mount Jackson, Virginia), born in Eupora, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Loyd and Amy Loyd; his brother Hugh Loyd; his daughter Lisa Loyd; his grandchildren, Kristina Platt and Cody Loyd; and his great grandchild Logan Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Loyd; his children, Arvie Glenn, Barry (Deadra), Robert (Peggy), Kyle (Della), Marcie Leist (Dallas) and Joanne Platt (Bill); and his brother Gene Loyd. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Loyd Scholarship Foundation, 71 Youngs Drive, Front Royal, VA 22630.
