He was predeceased by: his sister Judith Rinker Hildebrand. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kerlin Rinker; his children, Jeffry Keith (Bev), Michael Lynn (Gae) and Sandra Michele Rinker; his grandchildren, Jordan Rinker (Sandy), Matthew Rinker (Jaclyn), Zachary Rinker (Brooke) and Katie Rinker (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Emily and Clayton; and his siblings, Dean Rinker (Jeanne) and Gloria Rinker Rupert (Claude).
