He was predeceased by: his father Leonardo Rodriguez. He is survived by: his mother Magdalene Martinez of New York; his wife Aimee Dawn Conrad; his sons, Trevian Rodriguez of Harrisonburg, Julius Rodriguez of Harrisonburg and Carmelo Rodriguez; his sisters, Kamiash Brown (Jodi) of New York and Isha Suarez (Anthony Ramsey) of New York; his grandchild Jonahliz Rodriguez; his parents-in-law, Frances Conrad Morgan (Robert) of Rockingham and James "Jed" Conrad of Fort Seybert; and his sisters-in-law, Susan Melendez (Alex) of Rockingham, Sara Ferrell (Joe) of Mt. Crawford and Andrea Cunningham (Jim) of Buckhannon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Max's memory to Blue Ridge Christian School.
