He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Wilson "Buck" and Elizabeth Pearl DePoy (Armentrout); his wife Margaret Elizabeth DePoy (Meyerhoeffer); his siblings, Melvin Armentrout, James DePoy and Doris Kiracofe; and his siblings-in-law, Wilbur "Snooks" Blair, Ray Wine and Betty Armentrout.
He is survived by: his children, Harry "Lee" DePoy, II (Louann) of Mount Crawford, Lawrence Wilson "Larry" DePoy (Sherry) of Lacey Spring and Susan Elizabeth DePoy Phillips; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Marie DePoy (Nathan), Amanda Jo DePoy, Samantha Lee DePoy Emrich (Josh), Claire DePoy Cupp of Virginia, Rebecca Lee DePoy (Matthew Danich), Jacob Lawrence "Jake" DePoy, Zachary Alexander Phillips and Connor Morgan Phillips; his great grandchildren, Cayden Timothy Cupp, Landon Lawrence Cupp, Eloise Margaret DePoy, Zoe DePoy of Virginia and Caroline Lee Emrich; his sisters, Edith Lam (Ralph) and Edna Blair Wine; his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth "Liz" DePoy, Guy Kiracofe and Harold Meyerhoeffer; and his son-in-law David "Alex" Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
