Kirk (Nate) of Cocoa, FL and Reuben W. Rion (Kelly) of Elkton, VA.; and his siblings, Larry E. Neff of Staunton, VA, Richard L. Neff (Donna) of Verona, VA and Barbara Massie (Julian) of Amherst, VA. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
