Putnam of Brookville; his grandchildren, Jacob Cook, Meghan Defibaugh, Nate Defibaugh, Kierstyn Defibaugh and Kiera Defibaugh; his great grandchildren, Gabe Cook, Paisley Cook and Ashton Cook; his sisters, Mary Gibson (John) of Locust Grove and Elizabeth Angle of Chesterfield; and his niece Kaye Scott.
