She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip L. Colbert, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Phillip L. Colbert, Jr. (Wendy) of Deltaville and Sabrina C. Edwards (Michael) of Amelia, VA; her siblings, Rebecca Mitchell and Edwin Bell; her grandchildren, Cole, Kaitlyn (Chris), Justin (Maggie), Taylor, Logan and Seth; and her great grandchildren, Kinley, Evelyn, Jack and Cohwyn.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to WUMC building fund, or Dowdy House at 8921 Deekens St., Amelia, VA 23002.
