She was predeceased by: her former husband Humbert W. Oliva, Jr.; her husband William S. Butler; her sons, Scotty and Albert Oliva; her parents, Ivanhoe Thacker and Nellie Thacker; and her siblings, Billy Thacker and Katherine Buchanan.
She is survived by: her son Jack A. Oliva (Renee); her grandchildren, Brent Oliva (Laura Lee), Kyle Oliva (Samantha) and Cameron Oliva (Ashley); her brother Linwood Thacker; and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Adeline, Easton and Molly Oliva. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
