It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gail Marie Smith of Moseley, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hunter A. Parker and Eva E. Parker; her husband Alan W. Smith; and her daughter Kristi M. Smith. She is survived by: her son Dr. Matthew A. Smith (Shelley); her grandchildren, London, Sienna, Brady, Autumn and Kenley Smith; her siblings, Joy Smith (Larry), Andrew Parker (Beth), Evie Scott (Duane) and Steve Parker (Sharon); and her brother-in-law J. David Smith (Leigh Ann). She is also survived by other family members and friends.
