He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Duffy. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Duffy; his children, Austin Walker (Kayla), Eli Duffy and Alli Walker; his mother Adrienne Duffy; his sisters, Kim Haynie (Kevin) and Marcie Haynie (Jason); his nephews, Justin, Ryan and Chase Haynie; and his niece Kendall Haynie. He is also survived by four aunts; and many other loving family members and friends.
