He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Schettino and Teresa Schettino; and his wife Carolyn Dickens Schettino. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Cherry (Rick) and Craig Schettino (Brenda); his grandchildren, Clayton Bagley (Kristen), Coleman Bagley (Jessica), Alyssa Johnson (Matt), Nick Robinson, Olivia Schettino, Allyson Schettino, Richard Cherry IV, Kristine Cherry and Olivia Cherry; and his great grandchildren, Mia Bagley, Maxton Bagley, Raylon Bagley and Richard Cherry V. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to either The Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude's Children's Hospital, which were two charities very dear to him.
