He was predeceased by: his parents, Matilda Ruit and Cornelius Ruit; his sister Madeline Ackerman; and his daughter Suzanne Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ruit; and his sons, Thomas L. Ruit, Philip Ruit and Bob Ruit. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great- great grandchildren.
