He was predeceased by: his father John Parks. He is survived by: his wife Virginia H. Parks; his children, Kenneth Parks (Peggy), Cindy Swift (Greg) and David Parks (Ann); and his grandchildren, Megan Parks, Kensley Russo, Korty, Brantley Swift and Ethan Parks. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
