He was predeceased by: his wife Marquerite Harcum; his parents, Elzie L. and Betty F. Harcum; and his brother Roy Harcum. He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Dunston of Hampton, Margaret Ambrose of Farnham and Ewell Harcum; his wife Karen of Wicomico Church; and also Curly. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
