He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Hobson; his children, Stephanie Hobson-Haynes (Bernard), Rhonda Twine (Rolando) and Derek Hobson of Montvale, VA; his grandsons, Cameron Upton, Rayshod Paige, Tryvon Paige, Landon Twine, Jalon Twine and Carlyle Womble, Jr.; his siblings, Claude Hobson (Carolyn) of Montvale, VA, Melvin Hobson of Philadelphia, PA, Elizabeth Clapp of Norfolk, VA and Elsie Reeves of Roanoke, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Curtis of Montvale, VA and Terry Williams of Cloverdale, VA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
