She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles DeWitt Franklin and Myrtle Louise Smith Franklin; and her brothers, Phillip and Michael Franklin. She is survived by: her children, C. David Bailey and Jennifer Hartman (Mark); her sister Joyce Dooley; her grandchildren, Amber Hill-Matchett, Meagan Bailey Creasy, C. J. Bailey and Rosemary Hartman; her aunt Barbara; her uncle Peery Angles; her cousin Roger Franklin; and her close friends, Lou Padgett and Kathy Gross. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
