He is survived by: his wife Grace Looney Carter; his children, Richard Carter, Jimmy Carter (Jennifer) and Bambi Sidwell (Keith); his grandsons, Gary Carter (Amy), Nicholas Uzelac (Amy), Bradley Weissberg (Jon) and Nathan Carter (Beverly); and his great grandchildren, Raegan Carter, Jaxon, Griffin, Logan Uzelac, Maddie, Abby, Noah and Ann Carter.
