He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Dooley Welch; his brother Edward Davis Welch; and his grandparents, Zaida Welch and William Davis Welch. He is survived by: his father William E. Welch; his daughter Reanna Welch; his siblings-in-law, Theresa, Eddie Scott, Nancy and Louie Crouch; his brother Jesse; his sister-in-law Lisa Grubb; and his nieces, Danielle, Jennifer and Kasey. He is also survived by numerous nephews, cousins and friends.
