He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Toone and Carrie L. Toone; and his siblings, Charles A. Toone, Jr. and Betty L. Toone. He is survived by: his wife Agnes V. Toone of Montross, VA; his children, William G. Toone, Jr. (Arletta) of Bozeman, MT and Kimberley A. Toone of Culpeper, VA; and his grandchildren, Tessa M. Lee of Culpeper, VA and Thomas C. Campbell of Stroudsburg, PA..
