He was predeceased by: his father Willard Warren Clark; his aunt Catherine Taylor; and his uncles, Chester, Johnny and Lawrence Jenkins.
He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Jenkins Clark; his sister Rebecca Clark Emmott (Mark); his nephews, Marcus and Lucas Emmott; his niece Jocelyn Emmott; his aunts, Patsy Headley, Ruby Albrite, Estelle Mozingo and Faye Dove; and his uncle George Jenkins.
