She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Walker and Carmon Earley Walker; her husband Arthur Roland Decker, III; and her siblings, Raymond Walker, Ruby Keller Niehaus, Jean Hatton and Joyce Gibbons.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur Roland Decker, IV (Donna), Michael Ray Decker (Karen) and Angela Sue King (Marshall); and her grandchildren, Spencer Decker and Celene King.
