He is survived by: his wife Debbie Blake; his daughters, Katie Murphy (Bob) and Kendall May (Kenny); his granddaughters, Claire and Colleen May; his siblings-in-law, Kim Youngblood (Mike) and Ron Freeman (Carol-Ann); and his great-aunt Jeanette Gatewood.
