Richard Payne Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Payne of Montross, Virginia, who passed away on August 5, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Theodore Payne and Susie Cole Payne; and his brother Theodore Payne. He is survived by: his wife Alice "Sally" Payne; his daughters, Laura Pleasants and Susan Madden (Jim); his grandchildren, Daniel Pleasants, Shane Madden and Clara Madden; and his sister Phyllis Boldin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
