He is survived by: his sister-in-law Peggy Self of Hague Virginia; his nephews, Sgt. Danny Gill Jr., Lee Jenkins and Danial Jenkins; and his niece Britney Bowman. He is also survived by 5 great-nieces and 4 great-nephews.
