She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavern George Schaeffer, Sr. and Rose Ruth Chalkley Schaeffer. She is survived by: her significant other Thomas Richard Trader, Sr.; her sons, Thomas Richard Trader, Jr. (Sarah Lynn Emery) and Christopher George Trader (Tammy Breese Trader); her granddaughters, Riley LeighAnn Trader and Delaney Alexandra Trader; her siblings, Sandra Lee Rose (Jonathan Leroy Rose) of Montross and Lavern George Schaeffer, Jr. of Baltimore; and also, Aubree and Addison.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Welch Funeral Home - Montross Chapel (17546 Kings Hwy, Montross, VA 22520). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
