He was predeceased by: his parents, Motley Booker Sr. and Katherine Joan Self; his brother Michael Self; and his niece Ashley Self Ramirez. He is survived by: his siblings, Fred "Happy" Self (Angie) of Westmoreland County, Katherine Lynne Jenkins (Steve) and Paul Self of Westmoreland County; his sister-in-law Peggy Self of Coles Point; his nephews, Sgt. Danny Gill, Jr., Lee Jenkins and Daniel Jenkins; and his niece Brittany Bowman. He is also survived by five great-nieces and four great-nephews.
