He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Foley and Laura Estelle Marks Foley; and his brothers, Church "Beanes" Foley and Melvin Foley. He is survived by: his wife Harriet Ann Pierce Foley; his children, Wayne Foley, Sr. (Laura Jean) and Tammy Lynn Foley Packett (Ronald); his grandchildren, Samuel Wayne Foley, Jr. and Alexis Covington Packett; his siblings, John E. "Pete" Foley and Marian Foley Riggs Harris; and his stepchildren, AnnaMarie Honig Overstreet, William Stuart Honig, Jr., David Wayne Honig and Everett Thomas Honig. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
