He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his sister Janice Muse Frye (Joseph); his brother-in-law Judge Michael J. Truncale (Denise); and his nieces and nephews, Daniel Frye, John Frye, Meredyth Long, Lacey Mabry and Lauren Weston.
