He is survived by: his wife Deborah Evans Luebke; his children, Torri Jackson (Nathan) and Joshua Luebke (Anne Wilkins) of Westmoreland County, Virginia.; and his brothers, Charles Luebke and Lowell Luebke (Julie) of Hillman.
