It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Fortney of Montross, Virginia, who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Charles William Fortney, Sr.; his former wives, Martha Sours and Florine Stiltner; and his sister Marcella Wright. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Blonts Fortney; his sons, Dennis Fortney (Debra), Neal Fortney (Suzanne) and Clayton Fortney (Alyson); and his brother Parker Fortney (Leah). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
