It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Townsend (Montross, Virginia), who passed away on July 1, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her spouse Robert Edward Townsend, Sr. (Bobby); and her children, Kathy Smith (Keith), Kelley Langford (Kenny), Robert Townsend (Jessica), Jeff Townsend (Karen) and Andy Townsend. She is also survived by grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Betty Townsend Fund at Union Bank and Trust, Montross, VA.
