He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Frazier; his parents, James Frazier and Mary Frazier; and his brothers, Jim Frazier and Don Frazier.

He is survived by: his daughter Gail Frazier Harrison; his sister Mary King; his sister-in-law Donna Prior; and his son-in-law Scott Harrison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
