Virginia Apperson Waldrop Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Apperson Waldrop of Montpelier, Virginia, born in Culpeper, Virginia, who passed away on June 6, 2020, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Manfred C. Waldrop; her brothers, Robert Apperson of Culpeper and Joe Apperson of Culpeper; and her parents, Robert S. Apperson and Nora B. Apperson.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Lee Waldrop of Richmond and Campbell Waldrop, Jr. (Carol) of Bumpass; her grandsons, Beau Waldrop (Tiffany) of Ashland and Patrick Waldrop (Kelly) of Montpelier; her great grandchild Grace Ann Waldrop; her sister Edith Brooks; and her friend Steve Talley.
Because of COVID-19, burial will be private, but a memorial service will be held at a later safer time.
