She was predeceased by: her husband Russell Bumpass; her parents, Carroll Parrish and Mamie Parrish; her siblings, John, Wilton (Grace), Boyd (Justine), Carroll B., Gene (Julia), Owen, Earl Parrish, Winifred Brigham (Herbert) and Mamie Parrish; and her siblings-in-law, Beverly Parrish and Walton Cannon.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Diane Bumpass Conner (Mark); her brother Ray Parrish; her sisters-in-law, Doris Parrish, Carol Lee Parrish and Elizabeth Cannon; and her nieces and nephews, Wilton Parrish (Karen), Carol Ruth Taylor (Clifton), Doug Parrish (Jenny), Linda Olson, Chip Brigham, Joyce Dragstedt (Graham), Neal Brigham (Carol), Jimmy Parrish, David Parrish (Robin), Darryl Parrish (Lynne), Lori Seay (Roy), Lisa Johnson (David), Pam Wagner, Ann Huckstep (Rick), Ray Parrish Jr, Earl Keith Parrish Jr. and Linda Porter (Robert). She is also survived by nephews, 47 great-great-nieces and nephews and a number of cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mt. Olivet Baptist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
