With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce G. Dunivan of Montpelier, Virginia, who passed away on July 9, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur C. Greene and Emma Ward Greene of Bumpass; her children, Ruth Anne Davis and Richard Clyde Davis; her husbands, Gordon Davis and William Dunivan; her siblings, Arthur C. Greene Jr., Virginia, William M. Greene (Cleo Greene Corker), Raymond W. Greene (Estelle), John E. Greene, David T. Greene (Dixie), Mary Margaret Greene, Emily Frances Greene and Russell; and her brothers-in-law, William Snelson and Thomas Faulconer.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Davis (Ruth), Martha Polubinski (Tony), Judi Cooper (Todd) and Buddy Davis; her stepchildren, David Dunivan (Cindy) and Judy Winn; her grandchildren, Josie (Julian), Joanna (Alex), Kristin (Matthew), Tony (Jamie), Amber (Kevin), Bryan (Sherri), Jaime (Kevin), Casey, Isabelle and Charles; her great grandchildren, Nomi, YanRay, Tavi, Alexis, Nicholas, Clayton, Zayne, Warner, Bailey, Cayden, Grayson, Parker and Andrew; her sisters, Carolyn Snelson, Doris Tuttle (Ed) and Lois Faulconer; and her sisters-in-law, Faye Greene and Lynn Greene. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
