He is survived by: his parents, Linwood Johnson and Sue Johnson; his stepmother Joyce; his wife Dixie; his children, John (Meghan), Abby (Blake) and Timmy; his stepsons, Chad, Eddie (Danetta) and BJ; his grandchildren, Leona May, Emmitt Michael, Kailey and Cadence; his brothers, Joe (Sherrie) and Bruce; and his aunt Juel Acord. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and his best friend.
