We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2022, at the age of 81, Carroll Ann Allen of Montpelier, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John G. Allen. She is survived by: her son Patrick Allen; her stepson Kevin Allen (Becky); her granddaughter Rachel Allen; her siblings, Frederick J. Koch and Rosemary McLawhorn; her niece Tracy McNulty; and her nephew Mark Hull.
