It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Byron Tremaine Newman of Montpelier, Virginia, who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Beryl Richard and Johanna Marie Newman; and his brother Richard "Dickie" Newman. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Marie "Lucy"; his siblings, Bob Newman and Diane Moody; and his niece Alisa Farmer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Riverside Baptist Church; 20057 Teman Rd. Beaverdam, Va. 23015.
