He was predeceased by: his son Justin Michael High. He is survived by: his parents, Edward Eugene and Elva Lee "Jane" High (Hise); his children, Christopher Eugene High of Staunton and Brittany Louise High; his sister Joyce Marie Ralston (Michael) of Monterey; his aunts, Donna Faye High of Arbovale, W. V and Irene Pingley of Warren, Ohio; and his uncle Clellon "Hop" Hise of Hightown. He is also survived by two nieces and a nephew.
