She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Margaret Meigs Shuttleworth (Frush). She is survived by: her sisters, Virginia Ann Noel (Paul) of Sterling and Patricia Lee Dove (Vinton) of Indianapolis, Indiana; her caregivers, Donnie, Karen Botkin, Craig and Belinda Smith; and also Pat Callahan. She is also survived by her nephews; special friends.
