She was predeceased by: her father Dotson R. Colaw; her husband Billy Blair Pritt; her brother Leo "Bobby" Colaw; and her son-in-law Gary Rexrode. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Colaw (Hevener); her children, Debra Paige Rexrode (Chestnut) of Monterey and James Dotson "J. D." Chestnut (Dottie) of Arbovale, WV; her grandchildren, Dustin Wharton of Glasgow and Andrea Rexrode of Crimora; and her sister Jo Ann Hartman of Monterey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Obaugh Funeral Home (8739 Highland Turnpike, McDowell, VA 24458). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
