He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Jaret and Jessie Gray Dever (Tidd); his wife Maxine Dever (Varner); his daughter Melissa Dawn Graham (Stanley) of Brandywine, WV; his sister Linda Dever Gwin of Roanoke, VA; and his grandchildren, James Roy Dever and Tildon Jack Graham.
