He is survived by: his children, Steffanie Jean Mitchell (Sean Snyder) of Staunton and Stephen Eugene Mitchell of Monterey; his granddaughters, Grace LeeAnn Mitchell, Rose Jane Mitchell, Sky Lee Mitchell and Evelynn Paige Snyder; his brother Larry Stanley Mitchell of Monterey; his nephew Justin Matthew Mitchell of Monterey; and his caregiver Missy Lockridge of Williamsville.
