We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2024, at the age of 86, Emogene Moyers Tidd of Monterey, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wilber and Cathleen Edith Moyers (Duncan); her spouse Aubrey Huston Tidd; and her siblings, Madline Galford and Roscoe Moyers.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Warner (Rickie) of Franklin and Johnnie "Butch" Tidd of Bolar; her grandchildren, Jessica Basagic (Morgan), Kimberly Armentrout (Christopher) of Johnnie and Nicki Herb (Fred); her stepgranddaughter Megan Delgado (Jose); her great grandchildren, Bryce Basagic, Tinley Basagic, Sadie Belle Armentrout, Johnnie Tidd, Kera Tidd, Nicholas Shifflett, Gabriel Tidd, Ruby Herb and Vince Herb; her stepgreat-grandchildren, John Herb, Warrick Bancroft, Mason Bancroft and Gemma Bancroft; her great great grandchild Axel Bennett; her brother Ronnie Moyers of Hightown; and her close friend Harry "Bud" Cook. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
