It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella Propst (Monterey, Virginia), who passed away on August 3, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Franklin Edward; and her brothers, Franklin Edward Clayton Jr. and Michael Wayne Clayton. She is survived by: her parent Ethel Grace Clayton (White); her husband Dale Propst of Pendleton Manor; her daughter Jennifer Propst of Monterey; her sister Myrtle Lambert (Bill) of Staunton; and also Ann Puffenbarger of Blue Grass. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
