He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Eugene and Betty Estelle Hammer (Warner); his siblings, Olivia Lee Hammer and Michael "Mike" Hammer; and his great grandchild Breelynn Arnott.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gail Hammer Arnott of Monterey, Casey Elaine Woodson (Lawrence) of Bluffton, SC, Candace Hammer Miller (Colin) of Washington, NC and Vickie Gragg of Bridgewater; his grandchildren, Savannah, Noah Arnott, Sean, Audrey Woodson, Carson, Calvin Miller, Ashley Gragg and Tyler Kump; his great grandchild LaJayden Warren; his great great grandchild Amari Warren; his brother Dale Hammer of Monterey; his close friends, Fenton E. Terembes of Monterey and F. Edward Terembes of Monterey; and his pet Polly.
