He was predeceased by: his parents, Webster Horsley and Lucille Horsley; and his siblings, Clayton Horsley, Margaret Reed, Nancy McCray and Lucille Horsley.
He is survived by: his wife Alease Horsley; his children, Cathy Haythe of Lynchburg, VA and Danny Horsley (Carolyn) of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren, James Haythe and Emoni Degon (David); and his siblings, Dorothy Franklin of Killen, TX and David Horsley of Lynchburg, VA. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, friends and special sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
