He was predeceased by: his parent John Richard Buchanan; and his siblings, John Buchanan, David Buchanan, Jane Buchanan and Ruth Epes.
He is survived by: his parent Eddie Austin Buchanan; his friend Bonnie Wine; his daughters, Janet Mayhew and Donna Wolf; and his sisters, Dorothy Wilmoth of Halifax and Blanch Bare (David) of Ft. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
